As Senior Consultant at HRC Associates, Ms. Loquan has led a number of successful executive searches at senior and middle management level in a number of top tier corporations. She has also participated in remuneration exercises including the design of an employee productivity plan for a telecommunication enterprise, and has led compensation surveys for regulatory and NGO entities.

Relevant Project Work

• Patricia Loquan worked for over nineteen years with an FMCG multinational primarily in senior operations and human resource management positions. She has also been in Human Resource Management consulting since the middle of 2003 focusing on executive search, organisation reviews, job evaluation and compensation projects.
• An Industrial Chemist by training, Ms. Loquans line management experience has spanned quality assurance, product development across a variety of categories, manufacturing operations and safety, health and environmental policy and implementation. As Technical Director at Unilever she led a team of twelve managers in implementing global initiatives improving factory productivity, hygiene and manufacturing standards and ensuring HSE compliance.
• In an earlier assignment at Unilever Ms. Loquan was also the Corporate Affairs & Personnel Director and was responsible for the implementation and roll out of a new Integrated HR Management model involving job evaluation, compensation, and performance management throughout the Caribbean. Ms. Loquan is also knowledgeable on change management practices and was the first Total Quality Coordinator and a TQ champion and member of the Steering Committee during the culture change exercise undertaken at the company.
• Experienced in operating in a strongly Unionised environment, Ms. Loquan has participated in successful negotiations for new union contracts without recourse to a third party. Ms. Loquan has also performed the role of Company Secretary and is familiar with the considerations and practices therein.
• Ms. Loquan is currently a non-executive Director on the Board of Prestige Holdings Limited a Restaurant Management Company.

Ms. Loquan read Industrial Chemistry at City University in London England. She is a Member of the Trinidad and Tobago Chamber of Commerce and sits on the Board of Prestige Holdings.
